    some background Over the last couple of month, banklessAfrica has seen tremendous growth in the number of people joining this community. people with all sorts of backgrounds and skills. One thing that is clear though is the fact that many of the folks that join are now beginning their crypto journey.

    improving governance -
    • we need to get more intentional about participating in governance as a community.
    • participating in governance is a key metric for measuring members activeness.
    • Hence governance participation should be made a requirement to participate in coordinape.
    • The key take away here is:
      • to be eligible for this month coordinape
      • community members need to start participate in governance
      • How do you participant in governance
        • Attend weekly calls - governance start with verbal discussions mostly, meetings also serve as a great information point to get clarity on various ways to get involved.
        • Sign up to commonwealth
        • Comment on proposals
        • vote on proposals
    • some feedback from G.C - we need to be more aggressive in chasing our KPIs
    • we need more subscribers for the newsletters
    • we need more people listening to the podcast
      • how do we improve these?

      • Humaniq org has reached out to BanklessAfrica for partnership and coming week a call will be held for open discussion.
      • Link.money has also reached out and twitter spaces to held soon. some of the audience will include bankless brazil, ghadao etc.
      • Also wonderverse twitter spaces with banklessAfrica coming up.

      Open up to thinkdecade or ernest for a different workstream specifically for phone users only.
