In none of the cases there would be the desire to terminate the link with BanklessDAO, but to continue to use both BanklessDAO and the subDAO.

subDAOs: Classification and Templatization

BanklessDAO has always been subdivided; decentralized organizations must be. Guilds & Projects - each with a separate multisig and governance process (albeit inspired or shared with others) - are critical subdivisions of the larger DAO. Without the distribution of operations, governance, and funding, we would be bottlenecked with centralization.

To come up with the seed doc from the combination of Roadmap, Mission & Vision, Core principles & Philosophies within the next three weeks. Some key Areas to look at;Retrospective - General outlook of the creation of Bankless Africa, so far what has worked and what has not worked. What is driving the community outputs and how to maximize that.

2- Tokenization and Governance framework

Bankless African should be tokenized going from the next six months from now. Icedcool has offered to assist in that respect for potential subDAO and also to explore NFT drop. Governance is a core part of tokenization.  

3- Funding models

Looking for the possibilities of external funding or maintaining solely internal funding (eg. NFT). To start working on a legal wrapper in order to be eligible for funding
