- A little known fact about Chase, is that she spent a lot of time attending Hackathons during her college years, and she won a few as well. At these Hackathons, she realized that the aspect of composable contracts were extremely important.
- Worked in Marketing doing Data Analytics early 2018. She felt that it was weird that people didn’t own their own data, and at the time, crypto was proposed as the perfect solution, and she completely fell down the crypto rabbithole from there.
- In 2018, early on in Chase Chapman’s crypto journey, she signed up for She256, a community committed to building out the blockchain space as a diverse, dynamic industry. After Chase signed up, she received a mentor, who she ended up co-founding a company with, which is now known as Decentology, a platform for people to build web3 Apps at hyper-speed with JavaScript.
