    1. POAP is low priority but would be nice to have. We will discuss next week
  1. Channel clean up
    1. The DAO ran into the channel limit on the discord. To allow us to be flexible in the future the Ops team has asked that we remove any redundant channels.
    2. A poll to determine which channels to remove is up in the #website-general channel. The poll will be live for a couple of days
  1. Establish S3 Cohort
    1. If you want to be part of Season 3 please add your name and info to the S3 Cohort table here

  1. S3 Compensation strategy (Less is more)
    1. We have a budget for season 3 of roughly 230,000BANK, we can split this however we want, but the current breakdown is here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12TdTfcA7ErHepuxkFKPl89elXY8Wz6redTuZakowVlM/edit#gid=0
    2. We will work in 2 week sprints, we can reorient the sprint length after Sprint A if needed.

  1. Content Strategy
    1. Lift and Shift, aka moving the old content to the new site.
      1. & Justice Conder will take this task. The task will have 2 main parts
        1. Reach out to the guilds responsible for the content and get permission to move the content
        2. We need to develop a systematic way to update website content for the future. This will give us a predictable workflow when we have to change the content again.
    2. New core content
      1. In the budget for the website we have room to pay for great content. We need to ask the guilds if they want any new content on the new site.
        1. Because this is closely related to Lift and Shift & Justice Conder will complete this at the same time
  1. GitHub Backlog
    1. We have a list of bugs and feature requests in a google sheet. We want to move this into a better location, for example the bugs should become Github Issues.
    2. Kai Huang will move the bugs from the sheet into Github Issues.
  1. How does Parcel fit into things? See: https://app.parcel.money/
    1. We have a multisig wallet we can use to handle payouts
  1. Project / Product Roadmap
