Role
Dev background and stayed with TG through the whole S3. I’d like to learn and do my best to be part of TG.
Season 4 can be a bigger challenge for us, but I believe we can together make the guild stronger.
I was also the microrole holder of poap manger in S3. That work was combined with arts and technologies. Technically speaking, I think everyone becomes stronger so that the guild becomes stronger. So I am here to face this new challenge.
I believe that the coordinator should be a facilitator to encourage and assist people to contribute to their strengths while ensuring smooth and democratic guild operations. As a BanklessDAO member from genesis I have a lot of experience especially in the Translators Guild and learned a lot from the previous 4 seasons. I want the Translators Guild to grow and prosper and would like to help to achieve this by coordinating this diverse and strong guild.
Came as a guest pass in Season 2, made it to Full Member and L2 in season 3.
I believe that governance is one of the most significant aspects of the DAO life that is often neglected or is seen as 'gross' politics. I would like to work on changing that. Building on the work that Paul did for Season 3 I would like to further a. The guilds involvement with Governance, Guild and DAOwide. b. Continue updating the current Governance documents, smoothing out processes and creating structure where there is none.
I had the project manager role last season. Worked on writing a general framework document for projects in the guild. Followed all projects and help coordination.
This season i will be trying to document how we can use project planning standards in the guild to help project managers plan their roadmaps.
Will live to have the change and coordinate the account role for Translation Guild. I do know there are some big shoes to fill as tommy was great at this thruout the bDAO. I started to contribuite more and more in the DAO, i have managed and coordinate the coordinape rounds for Nation Admin, Research Guild and currently involved in the dao-cartography one. Also involved in the marketing guild and Education guild (cross-guild promotion). Hope to have a chance for this role and will do my best. Thank you!
As Members Point of Contact throughout S3 I've been able to start some good practices, such as Language Round Tables, Translators XP exchange, Office Hours and Onboarding to the IMN. I'd like to build upon these good practices and broaden the spectrum of the role in the following season by creating deeper connections with the Talent Scout office and by continuing to gather insights as to what the members of the Guild need in terms of incentive to stay and contribute actively. For S4 I would like to continue my work as per this brain dump: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LiLgkIHOj4IriuDk_hnck8Meu1SxO80AVq0cRTfbc0k/edit?usp=sharing
and introduce new initiatives to the Guild, such as casual meetings, mentorship program, introducing personal feedback hours with Guild Members and others.
Supporting the creation of a sense of belonging and encouraging the great vibe of team cooperation and work that was born in the Guild last season is a top priority.
I'd love to continue working on improving work opportunities for the Translations Guild by coordinating new talent and helping them get onboarded properly. These past three months have given me incredible insights on our new members, their interests, their questions and their expectations. Happy to work for that through the generation of new opportunities.
I have been active in the Guild since early S2 and would love to be part of the coor team in S4. I have been dedicating most of my time in S3 to the Swedish IMN, that is slowing down a bit and i would like to shift focus and take on more responsibility in the Guild during S4. I have experience from treasury work both from the Swedish IMN and the IMN-multisig. Tommy and i are working together already so transition of his tasks would be easy too.
