  • Polygon network - should be fixed, but still there is something wrong for some users.
    • need to guide user to send email or raise a github issue. and then engage the engineering team to solve it.
  • BrightID
    • Reset currently doesn't work, we can't help you for now
    • Issues with activating brightid - link to brightid support in their discord
  • when my grant could be active?
    • if a grant is missing, dm Zer8, BFA, or Sirlupinwatson
    • any question for your grant, comment directly on your grant notion page. (should read the grant eligible before ask questions, and tag the reviewer)
  • How to join GitcoinDAO
    • How to join gitcoindao? Apply via gitcoindao.com
    • Applied but received no answer? We're currently pausing onboarding
    • I received a mail that I got accepted but can't see #dao-onboarding.
      • Please ask screenshot sent in dm
    • If received ask bob, yuki or me to give the 'dao applicant' role
 
  • I changed my GitHub username, but gitcoin did not.
    • Can be manually changed
    • next: ask them to dm you their email ?
    • sent email for this request. support@gitcoin.co
  • User verification via SMS text?
    • Works for everyone except for people from China

      • 2. if still question, guide the user to write an email to support@gitcoin.co or raise a ticket on support.gitcoin.co
    • make an emoji for the question, which means someone is following up
      • red flag means in progress, green marker means done.
