essentially they are supposed to reach out to guild coordinators

Find which guild the page falls under

There is a built-in link chain at the top of each Notion page that enables users to see the file structure for where a page is located.

The second tier in the file structure will show the Guild.

This example shows the Notion Permissions Rollout page within the ⚙ Operations Guild.

Figure out the guild the page is in

What guild is the page in? (use the file organization at top)

Reach out to Guild Admin

From there you can reach out to the Admin for that guild. There are a few ways you can do that.
