1. Create notion page, discord roles and channel
Ask Daniel to create your setup, including Notion Page, Discord Channel(s), Discord Roles for members, and Mee6 access via #select-roles
Learn about databases: watch video, ask questions, tailor setup for your needs
2. Team Onboarding
Venture lead to invite team into ventureโs channel and ask each team member to make a proposal to be part of the Unit as either contributor or co-lead (or stay as Supporter):

Send your teamโs email addresses to Daniel to get edit access to Notion
Get everyone in your team to create a MeetWithWallet account and connect it to their discord for easy scheduling: https://meetwithwallet.xyz
Optionally, you can ask the MWW team in RnDAO to give you a free pro account (just make sure to give them feedback often in return!). To do that, join the MWW channel with #select-role and give them your wallet address and preferred username (i.e. the username that will define your booking URL, e.g. meetwithwallet.xyz/daniel)
Get everyone on the team to read the and commit to it (or otherwise define an alternative process to use in your team)
Conflict Resolution Process
Get everyone on your team to learn about the collaborative databases too
