As a budding scientist myself, I know that there are a lot of issues when it comes to the ‘governing bodies’ in the science space, how does DeSci World solve that? ✅

Does it function as a DAO with token voting etc? ✅

Back to Dr Clarke’s point about a code of ethics & the community regulating - Are proposed projects vetted to avoid things that could be harmful to the environment and general existence of human beings? ✅

Let’s talk about science and Africa, for a very long time we have automatically been deemed the petri dish for the rest of the world’s experiments, scientists’ work is stolen and published under other names etc, what can you say to that Dr Jelani? ✅

Could DeSci world be part of a kind of a revolution that allows Africa to rewrite it’s scientifically backed stories, could this be a platform through which scientists from the continent and the diaspora work to place Africa at the forefront of global science? ✅

Funding is particularly hard to come by across the continent, science is not as lucrative an industry for us here, how can web3 and blockchain technology fix this? ✅

This pandemic has definitely brought forth a lack in scientific bodies and trust in the science practised outside of these existing bodies, can ancient science come to the point of being appreciated, studied and documented? ✅

What has the global traditional science world had to say about the Desci movement? ✅

How can scientists, community supporters & growth enthusiasts get involved, what opportunities are available. ✅

Are there specific projects or maybe sciences that are promoted/encouraged? ✅
