Description
The ongoing outcomes are two fold: 1. Catalogue the projects being worked on, the successes and failures to hold ourselves accountable to DAO members, Stewards, and the greater community. (More transparency and accountability). This gives MC (and MMM) support when asking for future budgets. 2. Showcase MC projects to the world, to inspire people to want to participate in MC, the DAO, and funding public goods in general. (More participants) We will do these things: 1. Maintain communication profiles, keeping a unified brand (image and voice) on Twitter, Medium, YouTube, Insta, etc. (whatever makes the most sense) - Post regularly with appropriate calls to action - Build social reach 2. Coordinate content creators - Memers, video, designers, etc., making sharable content 3. Create content from weekly dogfooding meeting for example: - Videos and social posts - Moonshats (bloopers) 4. Create content from monthly demo meeting for example: - Videos and socials - blog posts - Monthly retro video with Kevin/Austin 5. Profile projects that launch or get funding (success stories) 6. Liaise with MMM and Gitcoin Holdings so we may all share comms as needed. 7. Mentor MC comms team members as needed.
