Distribute Poaps automatically to attendees who attend virtual meetings (i.e zoom). The attendees need to join the call using their ens domains as their display name. I am building this so that the MMM workstream can reward and keep track of contributors who attend their events.
The project is at the concept and design stage. Once a prototype/beta has been launched, We would like the work-stream to help with beta testing.

We are hosting weekly twitter spaces on Mondays 5-6p EST to facilitate conversations with our community about public goods. Every week we will invite a recurring/rotating panel and a specific guest to share their work with us. We would love a digital flier & brief copy on our special guest and twitter posts leading up to the event each week. @futurealisha and @lanitrock are the hosts and we will communicate the special guests as soon as we book.
This is ongoing so I'm not sure, but I would anticipate 1-2 days a week? No other expenses I am aware of at this time. thank you so much for your support and collaboration!

Project is already prototyped -- https://twitter.com/cheerbotme/status/1434562291475914752 -- but looking for an MVP market. After seeing Blaylock make the 3D ETHbot statues, I thought ETHbot statue perks would be a great MVP opportunity! Especially because as a Gitcoin community, we can make an ETHbot statue as the Raspberry Pi's case, something I can't do alone. MC Ryan agrees and he supports this proposal.
I can upgrade the prototype's script to MVP quality in 1 week if necessary. Figuring out who designs and prints the 3D cases is a different question. Hopefully MMM can help figure that out. An illustrator could join this project but I can also use the existing NFT pngs to make a "sprite" animation. Also, even if the devices are in the customer's hands, we can still work on the software from afar.

Build out and expand on existing Gitcoin Holdings brand guide (Figma). The new guide's functionality will be multifold in that it will support with new designer vetting & on boarding, sync current designers, and create consistency with new (solar & lunarpunk) aesthetics emerging in different projects.
Beyond this, the DAO's absorption of Holdings presents a unique opportunity to aesthetically re-align and expand on themes signaled in the DAO's emerging vision and mission (as being discussed in the gov forum). A "phase 2" of the brand guide will reflect these changes in our visual identity.

🎙Dev Interview Series + 🍴Forkable Repos & 📚Gitbook + Blog Posts
✨ **Code-Repo Setup Inspiration:** I was actually inspired to do this idea after learning coding from a good colleague of mine who worked as a developer within a top 100 protocol this year. He had me working on design challenges that were bred from historical moments in DeFi such as the vampire attack from sushiswap (I worked on recreating the core functions that were used for that event for example).
I found this type of setup much more fruitful in true "sticky" learning vs UDEMY courses, etc.
Austin Griffith's programs (especially BUIDL GUIDL) is right in line with what I was thinking, aside from a few differences! I didn't know he had open repos set up the way he does, but it's great!
---
✨ **Podcast Inspiration:** Podcasts that I listen to often include: Mainly Bankless and Uncommon Core, as well as other podcasts here and there with crypto-focused topics (Delphi Digital, the Defiant, etc.).
In a past life I was an entrepreneurial mentor and loved discussing topics with different types of entrepreneurs focusing on all kinds of industries (physical product, SaaS, etc.). It has always been of interest to me to start a podcast! As well back in university, I had started several student groups (focused on environmental engineering and sustainable efforts), and held in-person AMAs with professionals (my background then was mechanical engineering).
---
🙋🏻♂️ **A bit about me:** I am a newer dev within the blockchain space, and originally come from a background in multiple industries of mechanical engineering (from start-ups of my own with protective hockey equipment in NHL to sustainable engineering with green buildings). Over the last year I had been working on my own blockchain startup with colleagues who both have worked in the web3 space (both for the past 4 years) as developers in well-known protocols.
Recently we chose to discontinue the start-up efforts (totally ammicable as we still grab beers to this day🎉), and now I am focusing on becoming a goo

The basic premise is to create content that provides insight to incoming talent to web3, specifically two sides of becoming a web3 dev:
1. 💻 Firstly, the technical side (doing the work and writing code), and
2. 🎙 Secondly, the "getting involved in communities and DAOs" side, to better understand the industry and where you want to fit into the equation!
The former will be in the format of forkable GitHub repositories (repos) (similar to BUIDL GUIDL), accompanying Gitbook ([https://steven-pham.gitbook.io/web3-squirtle-dev-docs/](https://steven-pham.gitbook.io/web3-squirtle-dev-docs/)),
and blog posts following my journey as someone aiming to be a dev. The latter will take form in video/audio podcast interviews with core devs from various protocols.
The idea revolves around helping people find the niche of work that they find most rewarding.
**Please note, this is all a rough draft and I would love more feedback and to build this with Gitcoin! So I am happy to discuss and work out details to get this to happen!**
📎 The project is outlined and summarized within a notion page that you can access here (please feel free to comment as you see fit!). Please see the description on the front page for navigation assistance. **Drafts of podcast details (pain points, past context convos with Gitcoin members, etc.), blog-post drafts, Gitbook draft, etc. can be found here:**

💵 **Expenses aside from compensation may include:**
- Podcast equipment and editing/uploading software subscription fees
- Honestly not too sure what would be needed here, but I think it could even be just done with my current headphones and my laptop with Youtube Live.
- POAP or other NFT gifts to attendees, interviewees, etc.
- Gas affiliated to it
- **Not sure:** On-boarding of other possible organizers (as I
Start: Right Away
End: 6 months from now?
✨ Note: I would really love to be involved still or continue leading it after six months. Although I hope this project will continue with or without me (thus be a DAO service!). My focus is to get into a protocol myself as a developer (thus the theme of the overall RAID lines up with my personal blogging, repo-creation in web3 niche industries, and personal goals).
Thus, the finish time frame with regards to me and this project really depends on how things shake out and the overall time commitment related to the scope of the work! Of course, how receptive the community is to the deliverables must be accounted for too!
stevenpham56@gmail.com
The success of the Raid will be assessed via the following metrics (of which aren't exhaustive and open for any comments! 😊):
1. Amount of listeners (and later listens).
a. I think that gauging the community to see what topics of interest exist would be good to best set up the project for success. My interests may not equal everyone else's!
2. That a new monthly podcast is done at a minimum.
3. That new blog posts are created bi-weekly.
4. That coding content is created monthly at a minimum.
5. That the feedback of the community, including other workstreams, are heard and implemented into the program.

Over the holidays, many Gitcoin contributors will be attempting (successfully and unsuccessfully) to explain to their families/friends what they're doing with Gitcoin. Because web3 is so new and difficult for many to understand, we can develop infographics/talking points on how to explain what it is we do here. This includes everything from what is Gitcoin, what is a DAO, Quadratic Funding, Public Goods, etc. As a preliminary to this project, it would be ideal to survey the DAO re: what questions they commonly get asked, what they have the hardest time explaining to others, how they explain certain topics for others, etc. Exact deliverables TBD.

1-1.5 week (or less) to survey the DAO and sift through responses
1-1.5 for designs
We would need a number of contributors - at least 2 designers (for speed to release before the holidays), a 1-2 copywriters

This project looks at ways to simplify the GitcoinDAO digest as a tweet thread. The purspose it to make the digest readable even to people outside of the Gitcoin, NFT and blockchain space. A lot of the work and blockchain projects is still early, we need people outside of the space to understand what we're building or working on and we don't seem to be getting as much buzz because most of the infromation and writeups out there are too technical. SO I was thinking if we break down and share the stuffs in a fun way in DAO's and Gitcoin projects with the community in a very simple, easy to understand and fun way. Highlighting not just major news, but the fun back and forths in some of the discord work streams.
This is a recurring task.

The ongoing outcomes are two fold:
1. Catalogue the projects being worked on, the successes and failures to hold ourselves accountable to DAO members, Stewards, and the greater community. (More transparency and accountability). This gives MC (and MMM) support when asking for future budgets.
2. Showcase MC projects to the world, to inspire people to want to participate in MC, the DAO, and funding public goods in general. (More participants)
We will do these things:
1. Maintain communication profiles, keeping a unified brand (image and voice) on Twitter, Medium, YouTube, Insta, etc. (whatever makes the most sense)
- Post regularly with appropriate calls to action
- Build social reach
2. Coordinate content creators
- Memers, video, designers, etc., making sharable content
3. Create content from weekly dogfooding meeting for example:
- Videos and social posts
- Moonshats (bloopers)
4. Create content from monthly demo meeting for example:
- Videos and socials
- blog posts
- Monthly retro video with Kevin/Austin
5. Profile projects that launch or get funding (success stories)
6. Liaise with MMM and Gitcoin Holdings so we may all share comms as needed.
7. Mentor MC comms team members as needed.

The idea is that GitcoinDAO is sponsoring ETH Barcelona through Merch sale, Meme NFT by the Crowd. Since ETH Barcelona is a community run event, GitcoinDAO should support is as a public good.
This will depend on how much was fundraised. Ideally the target fund will be 100k-200k and since the ETH Barcelona starts on Q1 22, the project will end either before or close to the start of the event. A team of 3 to 5 should be enough and expenses would be the production of merch.
