Quick lifecycle summary
- The tasks are typically created by Project Manager or Team Lead role holders, but really can be added by anyone with reasonable excuse.
- Any large work scope is typically created by Project Manager only and assigned to Team Lead to perform decomposition and break it down to (i.e. create) smaller tasks.
- Project Manager should revise the priority of all tasks relative to each other regularly.
- Team members should pay attention to the updated task priorities and treat it as an important indicator of what directly affects the successful delivery of the next milestone.
