I have just been a bit more in active and/or behind the scenes. Been at the DAO since June 2021 so doing a lot of different things My background is in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Data Science. I have experience in Research & Development, Product Management, Organization Design, and Innovation/incubation management. I've spent time as a co-founder, at enterprises, public sector, consulting, academia and now DAOs. I've done everything from coding technical reports as an individual contributor to setting up the entire architecture and program design for an incubator within an Enterprise division of 1500 employees that did about 1 Billion in revenue a year. I quit that job in August of 2021 and have been working at Bankless ever since. My background is pretty well rounded so I tend to jump around a lot. My main energy right now is focused on DAO Dash and research but I spend a good amount of my day talking to clients so I always mention Bankless when the opportunity arises.
