Dework adoption guidelines


Bankless South Asia DAO
- Displays only open bounties and the Main project board is Public but not editable or open to suggestions.

1. The node members identify tasks that require bounties.
2. Node members communicate the potential bounties to the node coordinator who can review the case made for bounties to be placed on a task.
3. The node coordinators share the list of approved bounties with the Dework manager who updates the bounties.
4. Bounties are advertised on SoMe by marketing.

Bankless Language nodes 
- Displays content production board only and not Bounties.

1. Node coordinator manages the content production board.
2. Role holders are paid by the multisig integrated on the Dework app.
3. Create a new Role for each node by the name of "'language' contributor". Only "'language' contributor" role holders can join the production board for the Node. 
4. The "content-production" channel for every node will be the channel integrated to Dework, so the app can create discussion threads for current tasks.
