How one becomes a contributor:
The perspective contributor can either become a full fledged contributor one of two ways:
  1. Completing the onboarding process -
  1. Invitation via a Core Member
How one becomes a core contributor:
The perspective contributor can reach core status by:
  1. Showing in depth knowledge?
  1. Voting? (like bankless dao?)
  1. Magic?
Important Onboarding Information:
How a contributor can leave (contributor removal/resignation)
A few ways for a Core Contributor to leave
  1. Resignation - They can choose to step down, and leave.
    1. If this core contributor is a ‘lead’ then they can request to have a person replace them in a lead role
    2. if this core contributor is not a ‘lead’, then they will then leave.
    3. permissions will need to be updated
    4. if on the multi sig, then a multi sig replacement will need to be completed as well.
  1. Removal - how do we want to tackle the “removal” process for a core contributor?
    1. vote of consensus - person brings up a proposal, the proposal goes to a vote via sesh bot
    2. vote of consent - a vote asking for any objections - with the suggestion added to the objection if there is an objection
How a contributor leaves
  1. They can just choose to leave.
