- Onboarding process through BDAO is complicated and cumbersome.
- Bananachain is working on linking the server through Catapult and meeting Adz to streamline the process.
Skill requirements for Tezos grant
- Hangout floated the idea that Tezos grant investigating the uptake or lack of in in Africa, in particular with respect to financial transaction projects.
- Hangout suggested grants writers should form the research team to aligne incentives.
- Hangout emphasized the need for people with ethnography skills to identify engagement issues with Tezos platform.
- Ideal candidates would have a master's degree in behavioural science, anthropology, or sociology.
- Candidates should be able to conduct research, design interviews, and understand qualitative research and technical aspects.
