Invite list - 300+ and need to get creative in how get who we want but not
Materials to share with our partnerships team to share with partners - Working on Sponsorships so it becomes a community event
Design theme + our marketing team can’t support but I have someone we can use if they can work with them
Align to help with design direction around tickets, invites, room decor, totes
Do we stay on property the whole time or go explore boulder?

Programming
  • What is our budget for programming? Budget wise I’m tracking things from the excel you shared here:
    • $10K - movement and group work
  • I’d love to make a mix of both internal community members we’re celebrating and external facilitators. This feels like we need a list and then to build programming around it?
    • Facilitators, artists
  • Entertainment
    • Do we do it on sight and noise at 10pm
    • Could do Boulder street theater or do a private residence party
  • Food
    • We need to work with them for food and they have minimum

  • Main room to work with
    • Auditorium wise - 140
    • Seated at tables - ??
  • Restaurant
    • Only can sit 40
