A Document that intends to establish base operating guidelines for the DAO in proper distribution of funds and making organisational decisions and sustainability. The Document is also an outline of Bankless South Asia governance roles, policies, projects and decision-making procedures.
BACKGROUND
BanklessHindi has evolved itself, with a border vision of web3 inclusion of people on the Indian sub-continent. This transition of Bankless Hindi and the formation of a Decentralised Autonomous Organisation (DAO) with the Bankless mission has given room to introduce guidelines in governing the DAO and streamline the decision making process.
MISSION & VALUES ALIGNMENT
Vision: To spearhead the South Asian Bankless movement towards a future of greater freedom by providing a platform where people can co-create, learn and express without any language barriers.
Mission: To introduce the Bankless principle to the next billion from the most populous region on earth through education, user-centric content, technology, consulting, and advisory. We aim to channel collective intelligence towards the greater good.
SPECIFICATION.
The Document has XIV sections that detail different aspects of the functioning of the DAO.

If the proposal is passed following steps should be implemented.
- Organizational.
- Channel or Thread for Making Informal and Formal proposals under section
- Rename Tag ‘Multisig’ to Governance Board
- Discord Server Rules in accordance with IMN.
- Creation of roles as mentioned in the Doc
- all multi-sig members will be given the Bada_Bhai role
- Financial
- maintain A separate wallet on behalf of the Media Nodes for receiving payments from IMN and compensating the members on each node. The two-wallet approach will distinguish the DAO from the Community treasury from the nodes.
- All Nodes should transfer 20% of their revenue from the date of implementation to the community treasury.
