Best Practices for Multi Sig

Responsibilities of a multi-sig signer:

1) Be responsive on signing - 1 day or less after receiving the message to approve

Best practices:

1) Multi-sig signers should have a private chat on Discord

2) Before a transaction is made, an announcement should be made in the private Discord chat to prevent fraud and imposters

3) Before a transaction is made, all multi-sig owners should review the transaction before it's initiated. Transactions are only initiated after the approval of multi-sig owners. This prevents errors and alerts signers to be aware of the upcoming transactions to sign.

4) The last person to sign and approve the transaction is usually the person that pays the gas fees to execute the transaction. Rotating final signers prevents 1 person from covering the majority of fees. Fees should be shared between all signers - everyone takes a turn paying fees.
