Role
My name is Michael, I joined the crypto space two years from now, but I just recently transitioned into the web3 space. I am trying to navigate myself through this wonderful space and joining BDAO along the way is one of the best decisions I’ve made this year thus far. I am a UI/UX designer, I dabble into Logo creations too and I have a thing for arts, I love arts and I appreciate the beauty some notable and contemporary artist have done. POAP isn’t just an attendance badge, it is more than that, I feel the NFTs space is recently growing and might as well get to the point where POAP themselves become like a miniature form of the NFTs, it should be kept fresh, a situation where someone who didn’t attend an event but gets a POAP defeats the main reason it was created. I can help make sure only the ones present for the meeting held will have a claim to the POAPs, I’ll take regular interval checking the participants present, depending on the length of the meeting it might be 2 - 3 minutes check. Sometimes it might be a service problem and that will kick people out of the meeting, hence the 2 - 3 minutes check on the attendees.

Onboarding Documentation Manager
My name is Lany and I am part of the German IMN/BanklessDE. I have started my crypto journey in spring last year, however, it took me more than half a year and a lot of courage to finally move from listening BanklessHQ and following what's going on in the bDAO server to finally reach out to the German community in the Translator's guild. I can clearly remember how overwhelming it was to onboard so I would love to contribute to the Translator's Guild by working on the Onboarding processes and documentation. I think it is important.
Onboarding Documentation Manager
I'm Chloe. I'm from China. I major in Political Science but am considering switching to Computer Science after being inspired by Web3 builders who are turning the idea of a decentralized, censorship-resistant future into reality. I'm really interested in becoming an Onboarding Documentation Manager. I have this strong interest and mindset in understanding how an organization is structured and getting to the core of its operating mechanism, as I realize such an understanding is crucial in helping us explain, predict, and intervene. In fact, such interest is part of the reason that led me to my current major where I've gained the insight into the difference in governance structures of various regimes around the world and their interactions with organizations growing out of the civil society. I think despite Dao being a groundbreaking and fascinating idea, there are a lot of nuances, problems waiting to be solved, and potentials waiting to be unleashed. I believe being an onboarding documentation manager can facilitate my understanding of Dao governance, which will help me contribute to this ongoing social experiment. I'm also quite interested in the "Defining the interview questions important to understand the status quo" part of this role. I understand the power of good questions, and I actually have a page in my notetaking app where I take notes of the good questions I come across in listening to podcasts or reading interviews. In many ways, I think this role is a perfect fit for me and I can't help but applying for it! Also, I resonate with what Samantha Marin pointed out in her article. I'm fairly new here, and am experiencing a certain level of "fears and uncertainty." But I believe the best way to deal with this is to get deeply involved instead of standing by and watching. Taking this micro role is part of my effort to "gain confidence" in this space. In addition, I think I can offer a different perspective when documenting the process while also being a participant of the Talent Scout at the same time.
Onboarding Documentation Manager
I’m a digital marketer and social media manager I have experience in coordinating offline and online projects and looking to use my knowledge and experience in coordinating and appropriating bounties when needed in the guild.
