A. Grants update
- Currently:
- Exploring grants for website creation
- Grant team compensation: Shaun suggestion 2% in general Grant Pod/WG pool + 3-8% team responsible for securing the grant. Opinions?
- Senad: 3%, creating grants group that decides itself on how the grants are distributed.
- Shaun: the compensation should be decided by management, outside of the group, compensation model should reward success and also effort clearly, and distinguish between the two, accordingly.
- 3% is a percentage that all can agree to move forward with it. The issue will be revistited. Unclear whether this will be distributed via coordinape or to the individual grant writer.
