- Start on the Bankless Consulting Notion Page.
- Scroll down the page to the header “Bankless Consulting Working Group Notes”. (Hint: where this note page is located)
- At the bottom left of the list, click “+ New” to add a new page of notes.
- Type the name of the notes page.
- Hover cursor over the name block to see “OPEN”. This will open up the page so that details can be added.
- Fill in all of the blocks shown by clicking the areas labeled “Empty”.
- Tags: Choose the appropriate tags from the options given.
- Created Date: This should be the date that the notes were taken.
- Transcriber: Type the Discord name of the person who took the meeting notes.
- Attendees: Type the Discord names of the people that attended the meeting.
- Meeting Type: Examples include “Working Group” or “Operations”
- For the body of the notes
- Press “Enter” or select “Empty Page” to start typing. You can also paste notes from a Google Doc.
- Select “Ops Meeting Notes” for a simple template that can be used to build your notes from. (The template is also saved as its own page of notes shown at the bottom of the first image in this document.)
- The notes should include a link to the CRAIG recording, if applicable.
In the top right corner of the notes page, select “Share” to share a link in the Discord. The icon next to it can be used for adding comments to the notes.
You can click out of the notes and it will be auto-saved.
