    • BC Talent Onboarding - Bringing people into BC
      • Intake processes
      • Ideal consultant skillset defined
    • Tools - Standard tools
      • Formalize relationship with Machinations and Cadcad
    • Project Onboarding - Being brought into a project
      • Back office project allocation that is meritocratic
    • Asset Standards
      • White paper layout, etc
    • Success Samples - For marketing and Sales
 
Notes:
  • BC internal is needed and will inform the public meetings
    • Maybe 1 weekly meeting is good enough (tokenomic Thursdays? Or just Tuesday?)
  • Onboarding
    • Defi beats could incorporate them into an onboarding
      • Adhoc
      • A skill rubrick isn’t needed right now.
      • A personal conversation, is a GOOD ENOUGH.
      • A whole HR process is unnecessary, just a vibe and skill check.

      • This allows feedback loops.
