Goals
- dig down into potential bounty board use cases from a Secretary/Treasurer perspective

What does the secretary role entail?
- takes minutes for writer's guild meets
- used to reports to treasury guild (updates spreadsheet), but they do this now
- tracking/executing multisig spends
Multisig spend
- this is a vault/safe which is owned by multiple people
- he executes transactions, sends tokens
- you need 3-4 signers to execute a transaction
- he gets incoming transactions from WG, EPA, Newsletter, clients services
- i.e. for editing services, blogs, etc
- outgoing transactions to creators

- does it in a spreadsheet, saying who it came from, and why
- he separates this by the project (i.e. EPA, newsletter, etc)
- each project has their own multisig
- biggest challenge - getting people's wallet addresses
- someone who does something may take like 4-5 weeks to get paid
- he takes a week to gather wallet addresses, but sometimes people dont answer
- IDEA: during editing/writing tests, we end up having a table with their qualifications
- why not also get their wallets?
- he has a system to make CSV files to make the transactions
- he takes the multi-sig tables, export them, puts them into a spreadsheet
- he uses CSVAirDrop program
- you have to upload a CSV file with from/to wallet address, token address, and amount
- from writer's guild it's ONLY BANK token, but client services receives a bunch of others (DAI, PERP, maybe eventually ETH)
- he accesses this program through the GnosisSafe
- he chose this tool, but he thinks it's pretty much cross-DAO tool
- at least education, writer, and academy uses it
- as far as he knows, it's the only app in Gnosis env that allows to input multiple remunerations in a single transaction
- in general, it seems like a lot of guilds/projects are doing this once a month
I saw you coordinating the remuneration transaction in writer-general
- in that transaction, he was trying to cover the gas costs - this might be the most annoying thing about the GnosisSafe approach. it can be the last person who signs, but it doesn't have to be
- they try to take turns for people who are confirming (and therefore paying gas)
How does the process around Writer’s Guild executed bounties work?
- Who removes items from the list? Writers Guild Executed Bounties (Seasons 0-8)
- Ap0ll0 changes the status from unpaid → paid when he makes the monthly remuneration, which hides it from the table
- they will talk to each other in DM to confirm each others' work
How does role salary work?
- it's pretty much the same process
- they record salaries on a weekly basis, and then are remunerated on a monthly basis when the other payments are done
- so he'll record the salaries for the roles on a weekly basis
- siddhearta will record himself
What do you think about the bounty board?
- he wants to use it with Academy (he's the content team lead)
- but you can't GATE it to a select few people - it's open to everyone! He only wants bounties to a select few people on the content team
- once a bounty is claimed it is unavailable for anyone else
- he wanted to have bounties available to multiple people (i.e. keywords, writing definitions, etc)
- so it's a collaborative way of working, content is created alone, but we put it together
- he would like to have an output with discord user name, amount, etc
- i.e. an accounting of all bounties
- then he can easily plug this into a remuneration process
- he sends this to RunTheJewelz, who has a remuneration process (i.e. updates the spreadsheet)
- would be great to remove human error in some of these content tasks. have some automation, etc
- this is a thing he really worries about - human error
ideal workflow for Academy
- when setting up bounty, assign it to Discord roles
- similar to how roles have gated access to channels on Discord
- only those with the roles would be able to pick up the bounty
- can we only do ETH addresses? you have to be whitelisted to create it
- also allow multiple people to accept it (Assuming they have the roles), because they might have different output
- also put tokens in at this stage to be disbursed later
- users can claim it if they like
- once they execute google doc, he sets it to (completed, under review) or something like that
- then the smart contract automatically disburses the funds
- would be great if they could all be disbursed at the same time (monthly). having multiple transactions at once when he's setting bounties as completed. have it completed, summed, ready for next transaction
