When new projects are needed, we need to do some stuff
- create project page
- note down the champion and give them access
- create meeting notes connection and list on the decentral DB

planning - receive discord channel, receive notion page in Discord channels with some templates, receive access to admin project planning
funded project or media node - receive discord category, perhaps get entered into the project repo with budgeting and tracking templates, they should now be able to self admin permissions.

iSpeakNerd- hey jenga! I created a project template a while back, made you a copy and put it inside the project db. There's some unusual tooling built in to reference the different databases to enable easier usage for individual contributors. There's a how-to-use page in there but I can walk you through the structures if you're having trouble understanding.
