Project Champion

make the seasonal proposal

liaison between the grants committee and the project

Protocol Patron

A Protocol Patron can be selected by a sesh poll or via self-nomination

The Protocol Pateron must ensure that all interaction with the DAO in question is 

In line with the values of the squad

Ensure the activities, including voting and voting rationale are aligned with the code of conduct and other relevant policies of the DAO

Weekly tasks:

Update DAOstewards immediately when a snapshot vote is up

Add your own comments and thoughts to forum activity as long as it aligns with the squad values

Keep the voting tracker/history on notion up to date with recent activities

update delegation thread as soon as vote is cast with the rationale behind it

KPIs

#number of snapshot proposals voted on

#number of times voting rationale was communicated

Offboarding procedure:

Any Protocol Pateron will be offboarded incase they are non-responsive for over two weeks

The same will be announced via a post in the discord server

Autonomous Advocate

An Autonomous Advocate is the main point of contact between the DAO/core team and DAOStewards. The advocate must ensure that their activities are In line with the values of the squad

Regularly visit discourse/forum and gather insights on the state of governance

Investigate ways to accumulate more governance weight

Update wonderverse for their respective protocol

Help the squad build a good reputation within the DAOspace to receive a further delegation

Attend all governance calls and report any updates back to the squad

Brainstorm proposal ideas and suggest proposals to the partner DAO after tempchecking with DAOStewarads
