Sync on Content Work:

When Theophile does updates, it does not update automatically and immediately every time. Reason is that the frontend is static NextJS and it has to be regenerated to update every time. It's possible that some extra settings need to be added, so a front-end update is triggered for every content change ( new publish, content change, ... )

Some users said that the navigation is not always reflected correctly on all devices. The navigation is hard coded, so when a new page is added for example, it might not immediately be reflected on the live site.

Theophile asks a link in the footer for archived content from previous seasons.

Time of posts is not correctly reflected on the live site.

Theophile wants to start working fulltime for the DAO and is wondering how the compensations will work.

Sync on Code Work:

Zberwaldt suggests to take the following approach for the code work: - Define a project and assign a dev as lead, let him/her break it up in tiny pieces and create the github issues for it, or if necessary create bounties. Like for example Soosh, he is creating the multisig page, and it could be interesting that he can delegate stuff if he wants to. ⇒ Zberwaldt as the dev project manager can then evaluate: how are we doing, are we on track. It's a way to work more easily async and touch base with lead-dev.

Zberwaldt wants to go for agile development. Assign a specific goal every 2 weeks and avoid bottlenecks. It's a way to get more structured. Zberwaldt would like to get consensus from the group on this way of working.

 Next coding tasks/ action items for Season 2 :

BED Index integration: Zberwaldt: It would be great if you can buy BED directly from the site through Web3. Maybe integrate a BED Index calculator in the dedicated page with a call-to-action button. Theophile: Can we have an Iframe ? ( Zberwaldt will look into it )

Merkle Distributor for remuneration of gitcoin backers: Create a page so backers can claim the promised BANK. ( Zberwaldt will check what needs to be done )

Polish the code to fix small design bugs. (Zberwaldt & Devs)

Change the subscription at the bottom. Don't use the Ghost email feature and link it to substack (Zberwaldt & Devs )
