IMN Framework
What is the purpose of IMN?
- To help existing and new non-English media channels grow their audience and work towards being an official media node.
What is an IMN?
- A non-English Bankless channel that spreads the message of the Bankless movement to all parts of the world through digital media tools such as (but not limited to) social media, substack, youtube, podcasts
- An IMN is an aspiring Media Node that lacks the funding or the audience necessary to qualify to be an official media node of the Bankless DAO
- In season 6 the IMN project has 15 active nodes (you can find them and all their members here)
Project roles:
- IMN Coordinator (8h/week) - 20000 BANK/month - jengajojo.eth🏴 (S7) #5896
- The coordinator is the single point of contact between bDAO, guilds, IMN champions, and the IMN Team and ensures that the project follows a unified direction:
- Organize regular meetings, follow-up with action-item implementation.
- Assist new nodes with kickstarting operations and existing nodes to grow their reach.
- Marketing Lead + POAP: 16000 BANK/month - taylans.eth🏴#2408 (S6)
- Organize and deliver at least 1 marketing campaign each month
- Coordinate with the marketing guild in BanklessDAO to sync activities
- Lead the marketing work group at IMN
- Make sure a POAP is available to all weekly IMN meeting participants
3. Revenue Lead: 14000 BANK/month - GPe#6138 (S6)
- Ship at least 1 grant proposal worth 10,000 USD on behalf of all IMNs
- Lead the Grants work group
- Accountant : 15000 BANK/month - raybankless.eth 🏴#7390 (S7)
- Track and maintain a record of all payments for bounties, roles and nodes
- Make sure the monthly coordinape round happens smoothly and the round in inline with the consensus of the project
- Create a monthly/weekly CSV airdrop sheet for payments
- OPS coordinator: 20000 BANK/month - MinaHasNoIdea#6706 (S7)
- Run the monthly stats check process including electing 2 members, working as a team to produce a final output on the 1st of each month
- Own the governance framework execution and make sure that the framework is implemented as well as all practices are in line with the framework and update the framework with evolving consensus
- Language Champion: Dependent on KPIs completion and the node’s internal structure - please see the active contributor database for each language node respectively
- Be the point of contact between bDAO and the local language community
- Deploy strategies to start/grow follower base and subscribers for the local language content
- Report to bDAO/Guild on monthly progress
- Make sure that all content and local contributor activities are aligned with the rest of the DAO.
- Node Contributor: Dependent on KPIs completion and the node’s internal structure - please see the active contributor database for each language node respectively.
- Their responsibility is dependent on the internal structure of their node, please get in touch with those respective nodes for more detail
- The stats team (3 people): 3000 BANK/person - elected each month
- collect all the data from all the active node
- check the data you receive
- calculate KPIs and the amounts each node should receive each month
- check with the nodes for any potential issues in calculation
IMN Responsibilities
- To provide a monthly report which includes a summary of the activities conducted, key follower and subscriber metrics as well as plans for the next month to continue receiving monthly funding
- Ensure that the content produced and distributed aligns with the bDAO mission and values
- Assist the growth of bDAO by offering to translate newsletters or other content such as (but not limited to) website, academy app etc.
- Have at least one social media channel
