  • Contributor coordinape - next step - update Notion DB w/ BANK amounts calculated by LivuiC
  • Seasonal accounting - doing next season’s budget
    • are there going to be anymore education needs? should we ask for budget?
      • we got a good video last time, it was a short workshop, so one person could run this event with some supporting documentation and answering questions

        • 1 person can run it, some prep and followup
        • 2000 BANK/session, 2x month = 4000 BANK/month
          • tracking attendance, add another hour
        • ACTION: Ernest to draft a budget for Friday/Thursday
    • I will likely do less than 5hrs/wk next season, so I can still champion the project, but if someone else wants to take on the Notion Admin role, please let me know

    • The 130K that we made available for coordinape will be pushed to guilds next season, so I’ll also ask for a coordinape allocation for this work
