A summary of the major activites conducted in S3 can be found here:
1. Grants squad
A squad was spun up to apply for grants/bounties in other DAOs. This squad was able to raise over 10000 usd in revenue for the project. The squad meets each week and discusses avenues to apply for grants, feedbacks on proposal and collaborates with other projects in bDAO such as Bankless Consulting, EPA etc..
At the middle of the quarter, several nodes participated in sharing sessions, so folks can learn from each other instead of working in isolation

Besides these formal initiatives from the IMN team, nodes have independently spun on their own original content
Collaborated with Influential people in crypto/tradfi
Β
And organized AMAs and onboarding sessions straight to the language-specific discord servers.
Β
as a happy consequence of these activities:
Many new contributors were onboarded directly to the local nodes servers
bDAO contributors found another subDAO/project to contribute to
Β
As a result of these changes, language champions have become community managers, many contributors have roles inside these subDAOs and many of these sub DAOs have their own governance frameworks and social status similar to L2, L1 in bDAO.
