Cross-org worker

Those working across multiple organisations and/or in a DAO where they work across multiple teams and there’s no central entity coordinating (thus limited centralised enforcement of software or paying for tools)
 
key characteristics:
  • They work across many groups, some last a week, others last months
  • They pay for their own (scheduling) tools
  • varying levels of trust in fellow group members: some are basically stranger we’re just meeting, others I’ve known for a while and trust significantly
