- Increasing project accountability has been a common piece of feedback received
- Balancing that with project compensation and funding
- This season is focused more on the KPIs

- Bankless Academy had previously set KPIs that no longer made sense
- then caught by having to complete those KPIs in order to unlock funding
- No KPIs are better than bad KPIs
General
- GC is here to support the DAO in it’s mission
- We want a formalized process where projects aren’t surprised by something the GC expects from them; the project should be clear in the next step
- Every project in bDAO is still in the discovery phase, finding product-market fit,
- 50% of funding is released at the start of S4, the remaining 50% will be released based on KPI performance midseason
- KPIs should be made to be flexible with this in mind, but not be too ambiguous
Q&A
- What is the range of funding GC is allowed to give for each project? What are the selection criteria? Are there plans for the leftover S3 funding?
- No current precedent for a max distribution, but probably 5 million BANK. Forum discussion needed.
- S3 BANK, the surplus should be left there, but there is no decision.
- This season perhaps can be formalized.
- KPIs for guilds?
