Engage our already engaged contacts and learn if our BOT/board solution is better than what they currently use; if not what features they need (e.g. escrow, filter/sort) to push them over the start line.
Playbook:
  • Share a video demo of current capabilities and how it works plus sneak peek at the roadmap
  • Post Video Survey
    • What are you excited about compared to your current bounty solution?
    • What isn't quite as good as what you currently do?
    • Would you want to onboard immediately and replace your current approach? (Y/N)
    • If 'No' — what features would you need in order to want to switch
      • Multiple choice select multiple + other option
Customer Outreach Sequence:

  1. Twitter Announcement again w/ Media Guild
Assets Needed:
Script for demo video (bullet list of instructions and talking points)
Record video (zoom live 1-take then upload to loom for distribution) going for a gritty lo-fi Alpha Insider type feel not polished promotional vid
Engagement Survey (Google forms)
Social Media copy w/ link to the current survey; and follow up w/ respondents immediately w/ the video demo and subsequent survey (1,2, punch no delays) - Copy should generate some FOMO — "get yo early access"
