S8 Project KPI Measurements
The Grants Committee requests project champions to add their project KPIs every month during the first week measuring the previous month. Use the same KPI and the same method as in the previous month to make it easier to see development month-over-month.
All project champions will be reminded of KPI submission through the Announcement channel in the first week of every month. Please make sure you are able to measure and report your KPI during that phase.
