TLDR: If someone has created a Gitcoin Passport and you have their Ethereum address, you can determine the following information that they have published on-chain: the stamps and credentials they have obtained, and the Passport score for the address. The Passport does not store any other information beyond these credentials (e.g., we do not store any personally identifiable information such as login names, friends, followers, etc.).
The Gitcoin Passport also respects data sovereignty. This means that Passport users can choose which credentials they would like to have stored and viewable by apps and the public."

If I have someone's Ethereum address, what can I find out about them? I can find out all the stamps they have, right?
