  1. no kpi or rewards related
  1. squad self-evaluation tool for squad improvement and align with GitcoinDAO mission
rating
  • Green - we are strong now
  • Yellow - we are okay, but need to improve
  • Red - we are NOT okay
areas of rating (attributes) (need to discuss or add more)
  • missions (I am clear for the gitcoindao mission) vs. (the squad mission is vague or unclear, we don't have long term focus)
  • trust & safety (I feel safe to be myself and to share my thoughts. we don't hesitate to engage in constructive conflicts.) vs. (Mistakes and failures aren't accepted. I don't feel safe to speak up in meetings. We avoid conflicts.)
  • delivering value (I'm proud of the value we deliver to our users and stakeholders. We measure our impact, and learn from it.) vs. (I feel ashamed of the crap we deliver. Our users hate us.)
  • squad autonomy and teamwork (I feel we influence and shape our plans and destiny. We decide together how we want to work.) vs. (Someone else is always calling the shots. It's unclear to me what we are allowed to decide, and what we’re not.)
  • continuous improvement (We passionately strive to figure out how to work better and more efficiently as a team. We try to “know” if we get better.) vs. (We don’t focus on questioning our process or way of working. If someone asked us to prove that we’ve gotten better we have no clue how we would demonstrate that.)
  • decision making (I feel we are good at making decisions as a team. When stuck we de-scope the decision, or designs them as experiments.) vs. (We constantly get stuck in analysis paralysis. The few decisions we make are vague.)
  • sustainable pace (I feel we have time to think ahead, and room to experiment and explore.) vs. (I feel stressed and overworked. We only focus on here and now.)
  • feedback (We give positive appraisals, but also provide constructive feedback on each other's unproductive behaviours.) vs. (We rarely praise each other, or give feedback to each other for acting irresponsibly or breaking our Working Agreement.)
  • support (We always get great support & help when we ask for it!) vs. (We keep getting stuck because we can’t get the support & help that we ask for.)
