LinkedIn Brand Account Strategy: Invite Your Personal Connections
TLDR: The most impactful thing we can do to help grow the BDAO LinkedIn company page is to invite our personal connections to follow the company page.
1. Inviting personal connections is hands-down the best way to grow a brand/org account on LinkedIn.
Anyone who has worked at the org at any time, even if their profile says they no longer work here, can invite up to 50 connections per month. Admins on the org page can invite up to 100 connections each month. Everyone, absolutely everyone, should do this at least once. But, doing it monthly will maximize growth.

The best way to grow an org/company account on LinkedIn is to leverage the personal networks of people working at the org. Don't simply invite 50 random people each month - make sure to only invite relevant people, especially ones you've recently connected with. Use the filters when inviting connections to find relevant connections in industries like marketing, tech, media, software, and of course, banking (screenshot 2). Use filters for other orgs/companies, schools, locations, etc to help you identify 50 relevant connections to invite each month. I just completed my 50 invites in ~10min (screenshot 3).

If you post 1-2x/week from your personal account and share/comment on a few other posts each week your personal network will steadily grow. Remember to search on LinkedIn for people you meet in workshops, on Twitter spaces, and when you attend calls in other DAOs. Growing your personal network, then inviting connections to follow BanklessDAO, is the best way each of us can contribute to growing the BDAO brand account (you also get to focus on your personal network = Win/Win!)

2. Add BanklessDAO to Your LinkedIn Profile
This helps boost content posted from the org account because LinkedIn ranks larger orgs (more contributors) as more impactful than smaller ones.
