• Discord server is now functioning

• Migration has started and the first call is held in the server(ops/comm weekly call)

• Season 6 proposal is ongoing

• Governance is taking more time and more attention should be channel to Partnership

suggesting to have a payment structure for the team
In S4, there was a role for grants leads but there no work done as expected

Create a hybrid of grant scout with a bank allocation and a percentage cut for that grant team that work to fulfil the partnership agreement
Relook at the grant structure and adding more attractive incentives to customers/clients
Real life events should also be out point of contact to clients

there is some percentage(10%) cut for the grant leads/scout when brought in successful client in Daolationship
There is CRM page for the details of the scout and the Clients they bring in.
The talent scout is part of that talent coordinator office.
