  • Discord server is now functioning
  • Migration has started and the first call is held in the server(ops/comm weekly call)
  • Season 6 proposal is ongoing
  • Governance is taking more time and more attention should be channel to Partnership
  • Partnership discussion
    • Not having a clear priority and not having a clear structure - Abidemi224
    • Not sustainable for a retrospective renumeration for the partnership team - Abidemi224
      • suggesting to have a payment structure for the team
      • In S4, there was a role for grants leads but there no work done as expected
    • kutubu suggested
      • Create a hybrid of grant scout with a bank allocation and a percentage cut for that grant team that work to fulfil the partnership agreement
      • Relook at the grant structure and adding more attractive incentives to customers/clients
      • Real life events should also be out point of contact to clients

      • there is some percentage(10%) cut for the grant leads/scout when brought in successful client in Daolationship
      • There is CRM page for the details of the scout and the Clients they bring in.
