Create NFT channel under ops - thinkDecade
update the agenda format -community management, community incentive discussion updates, NFT discussions - kutubu
Move the forge channel to under Ops —thinkdecade
To follow up on treasury on the polygon multisig —Kutubu
how long the liquidity will last
how do we intern to maintain the liquidity
other technicalities on the polygon

  • BA nft doc has be posted in the channels and members should go give it a read
  • Proposing a weekly update from the project coordinators on the start of the project and the potential assistance they need from the OPS pod.
  • Have created a new page on wonderverse to track the partnership discussions happening
  • Suggesting a break for the community
    • Members have agreed on the holidays from 24th Dec to 2nd Jan

Talent coordinator - Paulito
  • There was an onboarding session that took place today but no one showed up and will be putting up a poll to determine the right time
  • would need permission to access the announcement channel/ learning opportunity channel
  • Proposing a 5k bank for the first three new members of crew 3
    • Proposing a weekly community mission of 4500 for crew 3 - thinkdecade
      • 1st - 2000
      • 2nd - 1500
      • 3rd - 1000
      • 18000/ month = 56,000
    • We can create a quest page for this.
    • Also proposing for the crew3 an amount of 10k/ month - kutubu
    • Abidemi and Paulito have seconded for the 18k bank/month
    • We should set a minimum threshold point before a member can start earning bank- Abidemi
    • We system should design in such a way to be trackerble
