- DAO Cartographer
- Reached out to guilds and projects asking if there were any questions or concerns (no blockers)
- Review of the Cartographer subpage, channel, and task lists
- Will request an announcement this week's CC (Jenetics is handling the CC slide deck )
- No links will be used (slash command instead)
- "/sobol invite" will cause Sobol to dm them a link. That link will direct them to login or signup. This will lead them to stop into the Bankless org.
- It is entirely possible to have tags automatically added to Sobol to match Discord roles via its API but it's not currently possible. (feature added to backlog)
- It is also possible to just go directly to Sobol.io without the slash command to join the bDAO group (Bpetes will confirm this is live and functional)

- DASH admin payment
- Last season a dash admin role was funded
- Payment to Katrina has been initiated earlier today (Paid by AV via Droste update)

- Metamynx has developed a restructured Discord scheme.
- Switching to 2 letter - 2 number code
- Tutorial on the new system will be introduced to newcomers in the first quest
- Allows for up to 10k organizable channels

- Timing of rollout: Educational content has been started this week. 2-3 weeks away from implementation
- Redeploy reaction roles
- Running into major bugs with roles and tags.
- The plan is to redeploy all of it in hopes it addresses the issues.
- Above Average Joe will run point on this (will use some of the working group this week for some additional help) Good opportunity for others to learn in the process.

- Thursday Working Session - Ops guild responsibilities and brainstorming
- 0xLucas will be more involved in the Ops Guild to help formalize and shape the vision/direction of the guild.
- New LettuceMeet link to be set up to move this idea forward (Future of Ops Guild Brainstorm session)
- Another strategy is to use the Kanban board to allow overloaded members to offload work and allow new members to pick up concrete tasks
