Brainstorm ideas

1. The fancy event, day long, many sponsors, sessions, talks, panels, food, drinks, etc..… (a lot of money)

2. Evening only event, With some talks, networking hours, crypto stuff IRL, and maybe some finger food and drinks (Medium expense)

3. Evening, some talks, some networking games, but no food or drinks. (45000 BANK SA DAO)

 

Roadblocks:

• How much venue space do we have?

• Several things to consider include venue, speakers, guests to invite, logistics, and food supply during the event.

 

Notes:

(ursa) ask what ST expects to gain from the event (visibility? contributors?)

(onkxr) I will add more suggestions to the Doc, + I'll add how we can get sponsors with details, but it will take at least 3 days.
