DAO Tooling Research (Governance )
The project will assist the Governance strategy hub to provide clients with the best tools used to assist them in gaps and issues within their governance process. In collaboration with BDAO research guild.
This particular research will feed the work that governance strategy hub in areas of focus within the service:
ā¢ Policy Library: A collection of principles and clear definitions of how governance tools and platforms are utilized
ā¢ Incentives: Developing incentive structures that motivate people to participate
ā¢ Governance Forum: Designing the structure of governance to maximize efficiency and reduce the possibility of coordination failure
ā¢ Tool Analytics: Building a view that allows transparency on the usage of governance tooling
