How to assess?
Here are some questions you can be mindful off, while interviewing the person.
Q1. Do you see or would you like to see this person as your teammate for a project in this (or any) cohort?
Q2. How likely are you to trust this person with a core component of a project (either working in team or solo)?
Q3. Did the conversation feel transparent?
Q4. Would you like to delve deeper on any one topic that you touched during this conversation later on?
Q5. What is the one thing that stood out in that person's speech, ideas and thoughts for you?

Kicking off and driving the conversation
- Introduce yourself, and a brief about KERNEL; how the experience affected you etc.
- Junto prompts:
- What would your proposal be to increase value-exchange amongst peers in a group, that the group as a whole is in a better position to serve each person and the larger social community
- Anonymity leads to reducing inhibitions in the virtual setting, to an extent that decreases empathy and increases hostile behavior, agree or disagree?
- How to introduce the softer side of empathy to a more mechanical area of security?
- Given the ability to cheat - people will cheat; agree or disagree?
- To encourage a selfless act we want to incentivize it, but incentivisation leads to minimum input required for the result, the action loses its soul.
