FIRST STEP:

Decide how these meetings will be:

Option 1: 1 meeting every 2 weeks of 1 hour.

Option 2: 1 meeting every week 30 minutes.

CONTEXT:

In the IMN, we need to start working together in the content creation process.

There’s a project of Re-Branding of BanklessDAO, so, if someone wants to be part of that project with suggestions, it’s welcome.

      After those changes,  we can start replying them in the IMN Branding; but i think that  the IMN     branding can be a bit more flexible because of different languages and culture.

There’s one marketing Campaing to start on season 4; #WeAreDAO; this campaign i would suggest to make it for 2-3 months so we can share about 2 people of banklessdao every week.

We need content or posts that need to be share for all the nodes.

To set the objectives of the marketing efforts for the season example: To have more followers and engagement so we can get more sponsorship To organize IRL meetings To grow the community To set ways to work together.

SUGGESTIONS

We can start creating threads and templates with content about crypto that we can reply in different languages, we are 16 nodes, so if every week 3 nodes create 1 thread about crypto/web3 or a tweet or meme we have 3 different content for everyone.
