I would be happy to assist with the whole structuring and strategy of the FC if you guys need it right now. And later, I can definitely help with any stage of the investment process, i.e., pipeline building/sourcing, analyzing and due diligence of prospective targets, hands-on work with the projects once invested, etc. My skill set is pretty well-versed for these roles as I did 4 years of due diligence in PwC, worked a couple of years for accredited investors PE, and lately for VC focused on tech and sustainability startups. I'm investing mainly in Defi projects and Web3 projects in gaming and art, and well, would for sure invest with FC.
