Stage channel call
  • Host a stage channel on the DAO report published yesterday by owocki and BanklessDAO. (Can we solve the problem of video not being allowed in stage channels somehow?)
Unconference calls

  • Clear format & agenda
  • Warn people in advance

Here is the Onboarding Video Process Link, Watch the entire video if you can't find a contributor or a username-email, you will need to add him on the DAOstreams and give them the "CommentOnly" access instead of "Full access"
 
We can add an automated email to send to new contributors for the onboarding process (To be done) We should send the email once the user get selected or approved
 
It could be great to have a meeting every week or bi-weelky, two times, with two different time zone alternatively each week
 
Newsletter:
We need to make sure we can provide enough of content each week to fulfil the newsletter?
  • Mat is on bringing more content from "The Moonshot collective"
  • Sync up notes every Wednesday
  • What's happening in the DAO → To be included in the newsletter

  • It could be great to have Non-Steward-Stewards to join the call with the contributors
Every Months, or Every two weeks
Collaborative Workshops
  • Make sure that each person have the right information from the right L1-L2-L3 Stream Lead or Specific user to run everything smoothly
  • We want that each individual to be able to bounce from a workshop-workstream into another workshop-workstream, if there is no work to be done in his actual workshop, or the same user think he can Lead another specific group, there is a possibility to move around (Splitting a Squad) "With the Right Skills or Experience" there is also always a possibility to train this same user if he does not have the right skills, the goal is to empower cross bridging action
