Goals
The Cross-Stream DAO Ops (CSDO) Lead is a crucial role in ensuring efficient and responsible decision-making within the DAO. The primary objective of this role is to act as a liaison between CSDO and MMM, requiring a high level of self-initiative, adaptability, and cross-workstream communication. The CSDO Lead, who is often also the marketing director, should maintain a comprehensive overview of all projects and interact closely with leaders from other teams. This role is largely self-directed, with responsibilities expected to adjust dynamically based on the evolving needs of CSDO and MMM.
Hazards
  • Lack of alignment - not enough cross-functional alignment to make consensus driven decisions
  • Unclear domains of authority - no clear domains of authority of what workstreams fully own what and have decision rights over
  • Lack of time - not enough time to be a CSDO Lead on top of primary workload
