Joe has setup the Online LLC with Otoco during the meeting. Created on Polygon and bankless loans as company name for the Online LLC in Wyoming: https://polygonscan.com/address/0x422DD8dBdC5571fEc9e61360757Ea1bAc5BCbCDd

Joe checked in the DAO General channel if there are other members of the DAO that want to be on the multisig, for decentralisation purposes. No answers so far. Katarina asked again during the meeting. LiviuC reacted and is interested.

ACTIONPOINTS:

Double check for the yearly obligations/costs of the online LLC ( Katarina with Han/Matthew from Otoco.co )

Send the banklessloans.eth ENS to the new Gnosis set up by Joe ( Katarina )

Deploy on Fleek with the new gnosis/LLC and use the banklessloans.eth as domain (Birdman)

Set up the new kickback rate contract for receiving the fees ( Katarina send instructions to Joe to do the setup with the new wallet )
