S3: POC
- Allow users to publish polls to Discord and collect private votes

S4: MVP
Build the remaining technical features for the product and partner with Guilds to prepare for pushing the platform out to a small list of test servers.
Technical
- Users can connect with Ethereum
- User can vote with their tokens directly through Discord reaction polls
- Allow users to create recurring polls
- Polls can be triggered based on the conclusion of prior polls (chaining)
- Deploy beta for testing on external servers
Non-technical
- Research on projects and external DAOs
- Collect a list of DAO servers interested in deploying Governator
- Engage with the Product Support project to prepare for Beta launch needs
- Work with Design to enhance our aesthetic and platform design to fit new requirement
- Work with Marketing to prepare an eventual launch, as well as managing social accounts
- Work with Writers & Education to plan an eventual public repository of Governance-engineering content
