Went into full-manual mode and individually reached out to guilds to confirm contacts

The Group Admin list is now complete and up-to-date for Season 8All guilds have been accounted for
All departments have been accounted for except Edu DeptThe Notion Admin responsibilities fall on the Administrative Coordinator
There is an active election for this position
Will update once the election is complete
